nice blade, 300-500k
just a statement....hope this would clear things up
when they say mods dont add to the price, its technically incorrect
decent or perfect mods will enable you to fetch a higher end price of the value range BUT the thing bout modding the weapon perfect is that the extra profit you earn is not proportionate to what you've invested in modding the weapon
eg,
your weapon is say worth 350k, a +30hp sw mod is sold @ 85k
BUyer A is interested in your weapon, he values a clean one @ 350 where as he prefers a modded one @ 400k......
do your maths =p

Grats for the blade, I'm still looking mine.
Mods don't add to the price. So don't waste money on those.
Sell it as it is.

actually I have sold items that I've seen sold for the same price with mods, and I got that price without adding mods... tons of people change them and just don't care, or already have some, especially when investing in high end items...
300-400k+

Yes true, but (or at least should be) only when buyier is interested from the mod too...I'm not paying any extra money from i.e gothic axe +15^50 with 20/20 sundering mod, if I want to replace that mod with something else.
There will happen radical decreasing of 'client-base' if seller starts to pump up the price saying there's perfect mods in it.

Well i think adding mods to weapon you gonna sell, is pointless. But i do know many people who do that, and they say that profit is good. Dunno...i rather keep perfect mods and sell weapon i dont wanna have. But i guess all do what they want, freedom of choise baby
